A combination of hot, sour, sweet and salty,  this is another versatile rub that can be used in lots of different ways

Sprinkle directly onto any protein

Blend with onion, ginger and garlic to make a thick paste to spread over whole joints of meat or poultry, or used as the base of a stir fry 

Combine with coconut milk to make a quick and easy simmer sauce  

Add a teaspoon into rice before cooking
