Stir into bolognese sauce or any tomato based ragu

Mix through hot cooked pasta with extra virgin olive oil and grated parmigiano cheese to make a simple supper

Use as a salad sprinkle, especially on tomato salads.

Mix into minced meat to make meatballs - we love  mixture of pork and veal mince.

Sprinkle over focaccia or pizza before cooking

Combine with extra virgin olive oil and white wine vinegar to make a delicious salad dressing.
