Tomato Vinaigrette

This unique dressing can be used on either cold or hot foods. Its rich tanginess lends itself to fish, seafood , lamb or vegetables. we love it as a dressing with a prawn, fetta and cherry tomato salad with baby spinach leaves. Why not use it as an easy pasta salad dressing with fresh basil and black olives. It is wonderful with grilled fish or BBQ lamb cutlets.
